Mr. Ghitelman is an Engineer in the field of Forensic and Structural Engineering. He conducts various tower structural analysis and retrofit designs, foundation designs, building condition assessments, and bridge inspections. He also developed plans and specifications for various forensic projects. Mr. Ghitelman performs peer reviews and site inspections for the erection of temporary structures for live events. Experience includes assessments of seawalls and marina structures both above water and underwater. Mr. Ghitelman is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology College of Engineering.
