An aviation planner for more than 30 years, Pam is a national leader in the field and a recognized expert with many aviation industry contributions. Pam is established as a trusted advisor to state aviation organizations and has led many teams through large-scale studies with efficiency and flexibility. Participating in more than 50 system planning assignments in more than 35 states, Pam has experience completing master plans for commercial service and general aviation airports, economic impact analyses, air service evaluations, activity forecasting, public and stakeholder outreach, and database management tool development. Additionally, Pam has worked on planning assignments in every FAA regional airport office, which has fueled her first-hand knowledge of the technical and regulatory issues faced by United States airports today.
