This NPA list recognizes the top names that are driving change, impacts, and innovations in the parking discipline and advancing the industry forward with their diverse skill sets and backgrounds.
With more than 15 years of experience, Matt is a structural engineer with honed skills in structural design, structural evaluation and rehabilitation design, construction administration, forensics, and project management. Operating primarily on projects within Virginia and North Carolina, Matt is experienced in working with reinforced concrete, post-tensioned concrete, precast prestressed concrete, structural steel, and masonry. He also performs strategic planning to help clients visualize and prioritize parking layouts, signage, and studies.
Matt has developed parking solutions for healthcare systems, municipalities, universities, mixed-use developments, and more, adapting to unique city environments and providing solutions that balance local resources with designs that solve client challenges. As a project manager and structural engineer on many diverse projects, Matt’s work has resulted in thousands of new parking spaces in a variety of cities, and his contributions to the parking industry have resulted in his recognition by NPA.
