Kimley-Horn Named One of FORTUNE’s 2017 100 Best Workplaces for Parents

Kimley-Horn is pleased to be named #9 among the 2017 Best Workplaces for Parents by FORTUNE and Great Place to Work.

FORTUNE and Great Place to Work have compiled a list of the top 50 best places to work for parents by comparing 443,258 parents’ and non-parents’ responses to more than 50 survey questions anonymously rating their employers. According to Greatplacetowork.com, the data revealed that after having children, parents—especially mothers—have a different experience than their colleagues of the inclusivity and opportunities for advancement at their organizations.

To determine the rankings on this list, FORTUNE considered the responses about each organizations’ success in creating a great place to work for all employees, regardless of parenting status and how their companies’ benefits support them and the needs of their family.
