According to Greatplacetowork.com, to determine the Best Workplaces for Millennials, Great Place to Work surveyed over 398,000 U.S. employees from Great Place to Work-Certified companies and ranked organizations based on their feedback. This survey evaluated each companies’ fairness, leadership, comparison to other generations including pay and intention of a future with their organization, and the ability to reach their full potential as part of the organization—no matter who they are or what they do.
