According to the Great Place to Work organization, the Best Workplaces for Millennials stand out for their unique, innovative cultures which help them attract and retain employees. At Kimley-Horn, our core purpose is to provide an environment for all employees to flourish in every aspect of their career.
The ranking considered feedback representing over 4.9 million employees and evaluated more than 60 elements of team members’ experiences on the job. These included the extent to which employees trust leaders, their daily experiences of innovation, their assessment of the company’s values, the effectiveness of leadership, and the ability to reach their full human potential as part of the organization—no matter who they are or what they do.
