Kimley-Horn Named One of FORTUNE’s 100 Best Companies to Work For in 2020
Kimley-Horn ranked #16 on the 2020 FORTUNE 100 Best Companies to Work For list, which is based on survey feedback representing more than 4.1 million employees. Respondents rated their workplace culture on 60-plus elements of workplace satisfaction including trust in managers, compensation, fairness, camaraderie, and workplace traits linked to innovation.
This year, 85% of the evaluation was determined by employee reports on their ability to reach their full potential—both personally and professionally—as a member of the organization. The ranking accounted for the experiences of all employees, including women, people of color, LGBT individuals, older team members, and disabled employees.
