At the same time, the availability of third-party toll payment solutions is increasing, creating both challenges and opportunities for toll agencies to improve the customer experience, ensure timely payment, reduce costs for collecting tolls, offer multi-modal mobility services through one payment method, and lay the foundation for the future of transportation payments. The panelists will present the findings of the Participating Toll Agencies and offer their unique perspectives on the future of toll and transportation payment systems.
