Kimley-Horn designed and developed a campus-like arrangement for 112,000 square feet of office space on five acres in the City of Vero Beach, Florida.

Construction of Phase I, which includes two buildings, as well as the 305-space parking deck, is complete, and Kimley-Horn now occupies one building. Phase I also included infrastructure for the entire campus. Phases II and III will each consist of three office buildings with leasable space for tenants. The project has been submitted for LEED® Silver certification, and if achieved, it will be the first LEED® certified commercial building in Indian River County.

Kimley-Horn provided a variety of services for this project, including planning, entitlements, civil engineering, landscape and hardscape design, and environmental services. As part of the design efforts, the firm incorporated many sustainable elements including a completely native landscape, green roofs, a central chiller plant, rainwater harvesting, and a pervious paver system.
