Determined by Great Place to Work, the Companies that Care list highlights US companies that have succeeded in business while also exhibiting care for their employees, their communities, and the environment. To be considered, employees must respond to a series of questions and statements regarding company culture and their impact on the community. The data analysis measures differences in these responses across demographic groups and roles to broadly assess each company’s community impact.
