Kimley-Horn was selected to perform engineering services for the two-story rehabilitation hospital located on 3.5-acres in north San Antonio, Texas. The team's services included ALTA and topographic survey, tree survey, platting, drainage study, storm water management plan, water pollution abatement plan, traffic impact analysis, site planning, civil engineering, and a storm water pollution prevention plan. This project is located within the Edwards Aquifer Recharge Zone.
