Kimley-Horn provided planning, design, permitting, and construction phase services for this full-delivery mitigation project in Stanly County, NC. This project included approximately 12,000 linear feet of stream restoration and enhancement to more than 7 separate tributaries. In addition to stabilizing and restoring the stream channels, storm water treatment BMP's (storm water wetlands) were implemented to treat runoff from adjacent agricultural fields and cattle pastures.
