Kimley-Horn designed and developed subdivision plans and site plans for the Riverfront development, including master planning for stormwater and water and sanitary sewer infrastructure throughout the development process. The firm also completed the site design for the Riverfront Golf and Swim Club, the Lakeside Pool, and Bill Jessee Park. These projects included the site planning and design of the utility infrastructure; parking areas; pool decks and athletic areas for the Junior Olympic swimming pool, a 100-foot water slide, two tennis courts, and two volleyball courts; a clubhouse with an outdoor fire place and gazebo Cabana bar; and an adult-only pool facility with an infinity edge. Planting plans for the park and recreation areas were also provided.
