Kimley-Horn provided leadership in energy and environmental design, site civil engineering, stormwater, landscape architecture, and irrigation services for phase II of the design-build of the Pentagon Library and Conference Center (PLC2). The PLC2 project was built in the existing 58-year-old Pentagon Officer's Athletic Club under the parade ground, off the east end of the River Terrace entrance. The space houses the Pentagon Library, a new conference center, and office space for the Pentagon Force Protection Agency. This project is certified LEED-Silver.
