Kimley-Horn is the on-call transportation engineering consultant for all landside development projects at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport. Through our role as the landside consultant, the firm has provided parking structure design services for approximately 6,000 parking spaces in new parking structures on the airport campus, and has been leading an annual parking structure rehabilitation program for all of the airport's more than 30,000 structured parking spaces located in seven different parking facilities. For the parking rehabilitation program, Kimley-Horn is responsible for establishing, prioritizing, and managing yearly lists of identified repair items, performing field verifications, coordinating with MAC staff, preparing repair plans, and conducting construction field observations.
