Kimley-Horn provided full entitlement and site civil engineering services for a three-story building with 65,000 square feet of urgent care, imaging services and family medicine uses. A second building of 43,000 square feet is planned for future expansion. Services provided included site planning entitlements and leading of all infrastructure design. Site conditions included an area of shallow bedrock where our design minimized the sub-excavation necessary for utilities and building pads.
