For this project, Kimley-Horn prepared construction plans for two miles of widening CR 466 from two lanes to a four-lane divided/five-lane urban section in Lake County. Services included development of an access management plan; preparation of roadway construction plans for the entire corridor; drainage design and permitting; design of two traffic signals; utility coordination; and coordination and approvals through the Lake County Engineering Department and the Florida Department of Transportation.
