Kimley-Horn is studying the Buford Highway corridor from North Berkeley Lake Road to Old Peachtree Road for the City of Duluth. The study will recommend transformative traffic calming and pedestrian-friendly components to positively impact the character of Buford Highway, as well as master plan alternatives and redevelopment standards along the corridor. The creation of a new TAD and other financial incentive programs will help the City encourage and fund the redevelopment and revitalization of these corridor improvements.
